Between 911 and 918, King Conrad of East Francia issued several decrees regarding the granting of properties and rights to religious figures. He bestowed lands and privileges to Bishop Dracholf of Freising, including significant estates and the authority to manage them without interference from secular authorities. Additionally, he donated six hides in Handschuhsheim to monk Sigolf of Heiligenberg for the benefit of the monastery of Lorsch after Sigolf’s death. Lastly, he provided Bishop Diotolf of Chur with the authority to investigate issues within his episcopate, emphasizing the king’s support in addressing neglect and violence.
