This is not as easy as he initially thinks, for soon he finds his life’s aftermath to be changing with his departure, and John Clark is determined to have his former realm in good working condition before the time comes for him to move on. Route Delivery is an ambitious, celebratory trip through one man’s vision of life. Its themes of Idealism, Romanticism, and the realities of a fleeting life one cannot hold for eternity make for a story that lingers after its unfolding.
