This book investigates the role of tribal relations in the public administration system of Nigeria, examining how ethnic affiliations influence governance, policy implementation, and administrative efficiency. Nigeria, a country with over 250 ethnic groups, presents a complex landscape where tribal identities intersect with political power, socio-economic development, and public service delivery. The study adopts a mixed-methods approach, integrating qualitative analysis of government policies, existing literature of multi-ethnic society, and quantitative data from 600 respondents across major ethnic groups.
