Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2008 im Fachbereich Germanistik - Neuere Deutsche Literatur, Note: 1,3, Universität zu Köln, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Robert Musil veröffentlichte seine Novelle Die Amsel - wobei der GattungsbegriffNovelle später noch eingehender betrachtet und diskutiert werden soll - zum ersten Mal 1928in der ‚Neuen Rundschau’ und nahm sie 1936 im ‚Nachlaß zu Lebzeiten’ wieder auf. Dabeifand die Amsel zunächst in der internationalen Musil-Forschung nur geringe Beachtung unddas, obwohl sie laut Frederick W. Krotz „mit zum Gehaltvollsten Musilscher Prosa zählt'(1970: 7) und nach Benno von Wiese „zu dem Besten gehört, was Musil geschrieben hat'(1962: 299).Die vorliegende Arbeit wir zeigen, inwieweit Musils Literaturtheorie in der Amsel mithilfepsychoanalytischer Ideen Lacans interpretierbar ist. Dabei wird insbesondere auf einen vonLacan verfassten Aufsatz zum so genannten „Spiegelstadium' Bezug genommen werden. DieBildung des „Ich' sowie die Beziehung zum ‚Dritten’ wird darüber hinaus eingeschlossenwerden und soll schließlich zum Verständnis musilscher Existenztheorien und seinemSchreiben in der Amsel beitragen.
