Die Begriffe „Äthiopien' (griechisch: Aethiop) und „Kusch' (hebräisch: Kusch) waren synonym. Beide stehen für dieselbe Bedeutung, nämlich für Völker mit von der Sonne gebräuntem Gesicht. Ob ihre Gesichter nun von der Sonne oder vom Feuer gebräunt waren - sie waren die Pioniere der Zivilisation im Niltal und die Wiege der Menschheit. Sie errichteten viele imposante und beeindruckende Bauwerke für unterschiedliche Zwecke, darunter Pyramiden zur Bestattung der Könige und vieles mehr, was für sie einzigartig war. Also wurden sie neidisch auf sie und begannen, diese Menschen mit einem abwertenden Namen zu bezeichnen, um sie zu demütigen und ihre Errungenschaften zu untergraben. Dann fielen sie in den prächtigen Staat ein, über dem die Sonne nicht untergeht (das echte, alte oder nubische Äthiopien), plünderten dessen Zivilisation, versklavten die Völker und verübten über einen langen Zeitraum hinweg abscheuliche Massaker an der Menschheit. Doch die Sprache und die Zivilisation ihrer Bewohner wurden von abessinischen Eindringlingen vereinnahmt und täuschen seit langem die ganze Welt. Diese Forschung könnte dazu beitragen, ihnen die Kostüme zu entreißen, mit denen sie sich auf den internationalen Bühnen schmücken.
