As a survivor of domestic violence, myself-esteem was extremely low, and were it not for books like this that I could read in private and learn that I was not alone in my struggles; there are people who actually care; resources are readily available to accommodate my needs, and all I had to do was to reach out and trust that a process was already in place to help me to step out of the shadows of shame, guilt, fear and lack. This book will do that for you. Read it, share it and keep it close for reference as you become transformed into the person you were meant to be. 3
