Leach which was published in the Racine Journal-News on Saturdays over the period of about one year. The first of these priceless historical accounts of early settlers and happenings in the pioneer days of Racine and Racine County was published on Saturday, May 21, 1921; the last of these 49 articles was published on Saturday, April 29, 1922. This is the first time that this collection has been published since then and in book form.
