Seeber has a unique way of embracing the normal moments in life, finding gifts that are easy to miss when we don’t take time to stop, look, and listen. He uses humor and insight to learn and share from seemingly random moments and events. Helped throughout life by his mother’s simple mantra of 'remember whose you are,' he has sought to share that approach to life in his preaching, teaching, writing, and relationships with family and friends. The loss of a young wife and years later his oldest daughter became opportunities that have opened doors of support for many others. Faith has become for him more than just memorized words, and this book is an effort to assist others in their own faith walk through life. Ordinary moments such as a stubborn beagle, childhood goofiness, unexpected encounters with strangers, and the normal surprises of life often become unexpected gifts of grace. God’s presence and guidance is closer than we often realize, and the gifts of his creation speak loudly if we take time to pay attention and remember whose we are.
