D’où, les violations des droits humains et les pratiques corruptives à outrance sur la justice.La corruption pollue le système judiciaire congolais. Devenue un mode de vie elle entrave l’instauration d’un état de droit. Des efforts soutenus et multisectoriels sont nécessaires pour lutter efficacement contre la corruption afin de parvenir à un système judiciaire indépendant, impartial et au service de tous les citoyens.
