Im Rahmen von Insolvenzverfahren gibt es eine Besonderheit bei den Rechtsbehelfen. Diese Besonderheit ist durch eine restriktive Regelung gekennzeichnet, die von den Erfordernissen der Schnelligkeit und Schnelligkeit, die das Verfahren kennzeichnen sollen, geleitet wird.
