Außerdem werden die Fortschritte und Lücken der marokkanischen Vorschriften zum Schutz der Arbeitnehmer hervorgehoben.Der zweite Teil befasst sich mit den Feststellungen im Zusammenhang mit den Protokollen der Arbeitsinspektoren und den Urteilen des Kassationsgerichts in sozialen Angelegenheiten. Sie untersucht die Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten der Arbeitsinspektoren bei der Erstellung von Protokollen über Verstöße oder Schlichtungen und hebt die an ihnen geübte Kritik hervor.
