Carey Ingram is blessed to be the Husband of Judy Ingram for over 50 years. They have three children and five grandchildren. Carey joined the Air Force after finishing Shorter College as a Communication Major in 1976. He enjoyed his tour of duty and spent three- and one-half years at the Lari Air Force Base in Denver Colorado. It was there where he became a Christian Minister. From there his first six years as a Pastor was at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Rockmart, Georgia; otherwise, he has lived in his birth town of Rome, Georgia. He has been in ministry now for 45 years and has served as the Pastor of Lovejoy Baptist Church for over 37 years.  Carey is very much involved with his community. He is a mentor, visiting and encouraging students at the local school.  He is a member of the American Legion 506, South Rome Community Association, Northwest Georgia Baptist Association, the Local YMCA Board, the local Christmas Parade Committee and many other organizations over the years.He and His wife enjoy traveling in and out of the country, and spending time with family and friends and watching their grandchildren grow and mature. He enjoys working out with friends at the YMCA.
