La visione alla base del libro è tanto semplice quanto dirompente. 'Realtà è ciò che muta': tutto cambia, noi compresi, per il solo fatto di esistere. Sembra ovvio, scontato, ma non lo è: viviamo infatti la maggior parte della nostra esistenza senza renderci davvero conto di questo aspetto fondamentale, a volte persino inconsciamente convinti che tutto durerà in eterno e che avremo sempre modo di rimediare agli errori, di portare a termine un nostro progetto, di chiedere scusa o dire a qualcuno che gli vogliamo bene. Attraverso un metodo meditativo semplice e comprensibile, ideato sulla base degli antichi testi Chan e Zen e già oggetto di sperimentazione scientifica, il Lettore sarà condotto passo dopo passo verso l’esperienza della realtà: oltre tutto ciò che si agita dentro di noi e, come una lente deformante, ci impedisce un vedere autentico. Aspettative, delusioni, ricordi, timori, speranze e rabbia velano il nostro sguardo sul mondo e, spesso, ci rendono incapaci di godere appieno di ciò che ci capita, di parlare con un amico o persino di riposare bene.Daniele Rostellato nasce a Padova nel 1975 e proprio presso l’Ateneo Patavino completa gli studi in filosofia ed in psicologia.
