Good morning, good afternoon, and good evening. It’s a pleasure to introduce myself. My name is Tenika Golden. I’m half of a 100 years old and I’ve worked 32 years of it. Throughout those years, I’ve seen companies thrive and some internally sabotage themselves with deprivation. Gathering my intake of it all, I aimed to be real enough to help flopping businesses the best way I can. So, the reason why I wrote this book is because it’s really sad when you go to a facility every day and spend more time there than home yet have more regrets badging in than a sick person wanting to take cod liver oil.I know right, that’s major regrets. On everything, this is absurd if you ask me. Therefore, your place of work should have more good days than bad. And besides, due to the countless hours spent, it should feel like a second home surrounded by family. Nevertheless, my desire is to be truthful and honest so it can help businesses around the world. Hopefully, the meat in this book can prevent defeat in the CEO seat. This is my treat to success so we ALL can EAT$$$.
