L’objectif de ce travail est de réajuster les travaux pratiques réalisés en première année secondaire dans un établissement scolaire, dans un souci de rentabilité en termes de réduction du coût des réactifs, mais surtout de réduction des déchets générés lors de ces travaux pratiques. Dans le cas d’un établissement d’enseignement, il devrait s’attacher à sensibiliser ses étudiants aux impacts environnementaux causés par l’excès de déchets, en s’inspirant des concepts de chimie verte et de chimie environnementale et de durabilité, en vue de réduire le temps, l’énergie et les matériaux nécessaires au traitement des déchets.
