He has worked in different Church Congregation positions and ministries during the past forty years and, as a career professional engineer in the consulting building industry, for over three decades. Doctor Baeza completed his Doctor of Ministry program with concentration in Evangelism and Church Growth at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. His thesis work focused in Church Ministries to reach professionals in North America metropolises and beyond.
