Separated into different clans ruled by a dictator government, a specially trained group called the 'Supply Raiders' raid nearby locations for supplies to keep their clan running. In the Outskirts of North Dakota lies Clan H, homing more than 3,460 people. 17 year old Henry is the youngest member of the 'Supply Raiders' that New North has, but one of the best. After several trips to buildings around town, he is finally recruited to the Level 2 Supply Raiders. After several days learning new techniques that are not easily mastered, the Clan H Supply Raiders are given a job: Travel to Cornell University in New York and raid the surrounding area. Henry meets Lydia, a runaway from Clan Q, who knows secrets about the real reason Henry is there, and when things begin to get increasingly dangerous for Henry, he realizes that there is more conspiracy and treachery ahead than he could've ever imagined.
