QUANTUM MUSIC THERAPY

The new frontier of music therapy begins when music becomes a living field capable of transforming the human state. With Quantum Music Therapy MUMEx, Louis Siciliano opens an unexplored territory for contemporary sound-based care. The work emerges from the convergence of clinical practice, quantum cognition, the neuroscience of the vibrating body, nonverbal hypnosis, contemplative traditions, acoustic ecology, and generative technologies. At its center is MUMEx, Music Multiverse Exploration: an engine of generative sound fields that evolve, remember, respond, and modulate in relation to the body, breath, memory, voice, and consciousness. Music ceases to be a closed object. It becomes environment, presence, perceptual architecture.Resonance, Suspension, Gentle Perturbation, Perceptual Collapse, Reintegration. Five operators for a new grammar of sound. Through them, the music therapist becomes the custodian of the field, the interpreter of the human state, the architect of conditions in which body and mind can reorganize without being forced. From the vibration of the deep body to the voice as the first instrument of presence, from the soundscapes of the forest to the sonification of the cosmos, from contemplative practices to experimental protocols, this book builds a powerful and rigorous map for those who sense that sound may become one of the great frontiers of care in our time. For the music therapist who feels their instrument becoming larger. For the researcher seeking a bridge between measurement and mystery. For the artist who knows that sound does not end with listening. For those who understand that music, when it becomes field, can change the way a human being inhabits themselves.
