Cette étude explore l’impact des pratiques de gestion de la main-d’œuvre sur la qualité des projets de construction dans la bande de Gaza. En se concentrant sur les entreprises contractantes, la recherche analyse comment la planification de la main-d’œuvre, la supervision et les stratégies des entrepreneurs influencent les résultats des projets. Sur la base de données recueillies sur le terrain auprès d’ingénieurs, de directeurs et de superviseurs de chantier, l’étude identifie les principaux défis auxquels est confrontée la gestion de la main-d’œuvre dans un environnement touché par le conflit et aux ressources limitées. Les résultats mettent en évidence une forte corrélation entre les pratiques du travail organisé et l’amélioration de la qualité de la construction, offrant des recommandations précieuses pour améliorer la réalisation des projets. Ce travail contribue à l’accroissement des connaissances en matière de gestion de la construction dans les régions en développement.
