Inhaltsangabe:Einleitung: In unserer Diplomarbeit haben wir einen praxisorientierten Ansatz zu einem maßgeschneiderten Qualitätsmanagement-System entwickelt, das auf eine kundenorientierte Qualitätsverbesserung zielt, indem Ziel- und Auftragsklärung, Qualitätsbewußtsein, Mitarbeitermotivation und Kommunikationskultur im gesamten Unternehmen in den Mittelpunkt gestellt werden. Dies wurde exemplarisch im Gesundheitswesen für unser Ausbildungsinstitut, den Fachbereich Musiktherapie der Fachhochschule Heidelberg, durchgeführt. Unser Ansatz basiert auf systemtheoretischen Annahmen, die von einer hohen Vernetzung verschiedener organisationaler Einheiten (in unserem Fall: Praxis, Ausbildung und Forschung) ausgeht und der damit einhergehenden Komplexität gerecht wird. Eine weitere Besonderheit dieses Qualitätsmanagement-Systems liegt in der maßgeschneiderten internen Entwicklung organisationsspezifischer Qualitätskriterien durch angemessene Tools (ganzheitliche Problemlösungsmethodik nach Ulrich/Probst).
