Die Forschungsergebnisse ermöglichten es, eine Reihe von Hygienemaßnahmen zu begründen, die auf die Notwendigkeit der vorrangigen Einführung des Systems der sozialen und hygienischen Überwachung der Qualitätsindikatoren von Leitungs- und vorbehandeltem Trinkwasser abzielen, um deren Einfluss auf den Gesundheitszustand der Landbewohner festzustellen; die Einführung von Anlagen zur Vorbehandlung von Trinkwasser in erster Linie in jenen ländlichen Taxa zu empfehlen, deren Bewohner keinen Zugang zu qualitativ hochwertigem Trinkwasser haben; eine vergleichende Bewertung der Qualitätsindikatoren von Leitungs- und vorbehandeltem Trinkwasser durchzuführen. Es wurde festgestellt, dass die Mehrheit der Landbewohner in bestimmten Taxa der Region Dnipropetrowsk einen Versorgungsgrad mit kollektiven Wasserversorgungssystemen hat, der 18,5-1,5 Mal niedriger ist als die empfohlenen „Nationalen Zielindikatoren der Ukraine' im Jahr 2015, und dass 34,6 % der Landbewohner nicht über ein zentrales Abwasserentsorgungssystem verfügen.
