Adhäsive Obturationssysteme wurden in der Endodontie eingeführt, um einen „Monoblock' zu erreichen, bei dem das Kernmaterial, das Versiegelungsmittel und das Wurzelkanaldentin eine einzige kohäsive Einheit innerhalb des Wurzelkanals bilden. Die Hypothese dieser Studie war, dass adhäsive Wurzelkanalfüllsysteme einen Monoblock bilden und eine bessere Adhäsion zum Wurzelkanaldentin aufweisen als nichtadhäsive Wurzelkanalfüllsysteme. Daher wurde in dieser In-vitro-Studie die Haftfestigkeit der vier Obturationssysteme an Wurzelkanaldentin, das mit Handinstrumenten aufbereitet wurde, mit Hilfe eines Push-out-Tests auf verschiedenen Ebenen des Wurzelkanals untersucht.
