Além disso, o livro aborda resoluções alternativas para litígios relativos a nomes de domínio, a fim de discutir a suficiência e a eficácia da resolução alternativa na resolução de litígios relativos a nomes de domínio. O livro recomenda a promulgação de um tratado internacional relativo à proteção dos nomes de domínio, a fim de estabelecer regras jurídicas adequadas para a resolução de litígios sobre nomes de domínio.
