Esta tecnologia permite uma computação muito mais eficiente, centralizando o armazenamento de dados, processamento e largura de banda. A popularidade da computação em nuvem está a aumentar de dia para dia. O principal objectivo deste livro é introduzir um sistema de registo de cartões SIM móveis baseados na nuvem que pode ser implementado com a ajuda de uma base de dados central. Nesta pesquisa, a base de dados central é o armazenamento em nuvem que compreende com informação global de um cidadão de qualquer idade. A base de dados irá enriquecer com a informação pessoal (como nome, nome dos pais, endereço actual e permanente, etc.) número de telefone, número de telemóvel, número de passaporte, número de identificação do eleitor, informação relacionada com educação e experiência profissional. Deve ser mencionado que esta base de dados central só pode ser implementada pelo Governo e o sistema de registo móvel proposto conta completamente com ela. Este sistema proposto é baseado em linha, autenticado e eficiente.
