En 2022, 9,2 millions de cas de rougeole (OMS) par baisse de couverture vaccinale due au Covid. En 2023, 6051 cas suspects en Côte d’Ivoire avec 1110 positifs dont 33% d’enfants de moins de 5 ans. Dans la région sanitaire du Guémon, les données sont analysées de façon parcellaire, d’où l’objectif de cette étude visant à analyser de façon approfondi.Il s’agit d’une étude descriptive transversale des données extraites de la base de données nationale Magpi pour la période 2017-2023. Au total 1119 cas notifiés pour 120 cas confirmés, soit un taux de positivité de 10,7%. L’âge médian était de 5 (1-53) ans. Pour la période 2017-2023, l’incidence annuelle était respectivement 19.41, 22.48, 24.20, 21.92, 12.24, 14.31, 10.87 pour 100000 habitants. Augmentation annuelle des cas de rougeole chez les enfants de faible couverture vaccinale, avec une forte incidence en 2020, qui pourrait être expliquée par la pandémie de COVID 19. Besoin de renforcer la vaccination de routine pour un meilleur contrôle.
