Środowisko kondominium składa się z pracowników, którzy wykonują różne czynności, w tym dozorców, konsjerży, sprzątanie i konserwację oraz administrację, które mają na celu zapewnienie higieny, organizacji i bezpieczeństwa środowiska. Wszystkie te działania muszą być jednak monitorowane za pomocą określonych NR, takich jak NR-9, zgodnie z rozporządzeniem 3214/78, które gwarantuje bezpieczeństwo pracowników poprzez wdrożenie Programu Zapobiegania Ryzyku Środowiskowemu (PPRA). Mając to na uwadze, celem niniejszego badania było nakreślenie profilu PPRA zgodnie z normą regulacyjną NR-9 dla zamkniętej społeczności w celu zagwarantowania zmniejszenia ryzyka zawodowego dla pracowników. Z tego i innych powodów znalezionych podczas przygotowywania PPRA, w oparciu o argumenty wymienione powyżej, konieczne jest, aby kondominium, poprzez swoje kierownictwo, uwzględniło PPRA, Program Kontroli Medycznej Zdrowia Zawodowego (PCMSO), wśród innych NR koncentrujących się na bezpieczeństwie pracy, aby w przyszłości jego pracownicy i właściciele kondominium nie byli karani za błędy w zarządzaniu.
