Prof. Arnold Ehret’s Mucusless-Diet Healing System

'Prof. Arnold Ehret’s Mucusless-Diet Healing System' is a seminal work in the field of naturopathy and alternative health, detailing a holistic approach to wellness through dietary purification. Arnold Ehret presents a comprehensive theory that human illness is primarily caused by the accumulation of mucus and waste matter within the body, resulting from the consumption of unnatural foods. The book outlines a practical program centered on the consumption of fruit, starchless vegetables, and edible green leaves, combined with strategic fasting, to facilitate the body’s natural detoxification processes.Throughout the text, Ehret explains the physiological principles behind his system, emphasizing the importance of vitality and the elimination of internal obstructions. He provides guidance on how to transition safely into a mucusless lifestyle, offering advice on meal planning and the therapeutic use of fasting. As a foundational text of the early 20th-century health movement, 'Prof. Arnold Ehret’s Mucusless-Diet Healing System' continues to be a significant resource for those interested in natural healing, raw food diets, and the historical development of nutritional therapy.
