Przeprowadzono badanie opisowe dotyczące procesu szkolenia i jego skuteczności w firmie UFLEX Industries Ltd. Analiza została przeprowadzona przy użyciu oprogramowania statystycznego SPSS. Stwierdzono, że pracownicy byli zadowoleni z takich parametrów, jak polityka szkoleniowa, metodyka szkolenia, ocena trenerów, nauka, zachowanie, reakcje i wyniki. Niektóre parametry wymagały poprawy, np. skuteczność trenerów, wyniki i metody szkoleniowe. Ogólną skuteczność szkoleń obliczono na 3,5933, co pokazuje, że pracownicy byli zadowoleni z obecnych szkoleń zawodowych, ale nadal należy podjąć działania w celu poprawy poziomu skuteczności. Należy coraz bardziej zachęcać do korzystania ze szkoleń zewnętrznych. Po zakończeniu kursu powinna odbywać się dyskusja między uczestnikami a ich przełożonymi lub kierownictwem. Bezpośrednio po szkoleniu należy opracować plan działania dotyczący wdrożenia zdobytej wiedzy.
