Nachdem der gesetzliche Rahmen in seinen Grundzügen dargestellt worden ist, möchte ich einen Überblick über die Inhalte der Tarifverträge geben.Im dritten Punkt soll das Konfliktfeld Arbeitszeit im Mittelpunkt stehen und an einem Beispiel aktuelle Entwicklungen aufgezeigt werden.Im abschließenden Teil wird die Frage behandelt, welchen Entwicklungen die Tarifautonomie unterworfen ist; welche Auswirkungen diese auf Tarifstandards haben.
