There had to be a true Covenant not one set in the shadow of the true things. Not set in the blood of the beasts for they could not make anyone clean. The men trusted with were no longer set at the will or work of God but we’re now like peacocks parading their pomp and class rather than pick the weak among the flocks and strengthening them.
