O Tratado de Amizade, oficialmente intitulado Tratado de Amizade e Relações Económicas e Direitos Consulares entre o Irão e os Estados Unidos, foi assinado em Teerão em 1955. Este acordo formalizou a relação entre as duas nações, reflectindo os extensos laços económicos, militares e políticos que existiam antes da Revolução Islâmica durante a era Pahlavi. O tratado visava fomentar uma paz duradoura e uma amizade genuína, promovendo o comércio, as actividades comerciais e a facilitação dos direitos consulares e aduaneiros.
