L’effet de la teneur en eau dans différents rapports eau/tétraéthylorthosilicate (rapport molaire H2O/TEOS) (R = 2, 3, 4 et 5) a été étudié. R = 2 a été choisi comme meilleur rapport pour l’ajout de polymères organiques (PMMA et PVC) afin de préparer des films à partir de matériaux organiques-inorganiques et de colorants organiques afin de préparer des films de matériaux hybrides. Deux formes de silice ont été préparées. Une tige de xérogel de silice a été préparée par moulage et un film mince de silice a été préparé par revêtement par centrifugation. Des films hybrides organiques-inorganiques ont été préparés avec différents rapports de mélange (20 % de polymère + 80 % de TEOS, 50 % de polymère + 50 % de TEOS, 80 % de polymère + 20 % de TEOS). La diffraction des rayons X a montré la formation d’une structure amorphe. Les spectres de transmission des échantillons ont montré une bonne transparence et homogénéité. La spectroscopie FTIR a été étudiée dans la gamme 3700-3500 cm-1, qui correspond à la vibration O-H de l’amidon de l’eau moléculaire. La gamme de bandes 2200-1600 cm-1 correspond à la vibration O-H de l’eau moléculaire et du solvant (alcool C2H5OH). Dans la gamme 1300-400 cm-1, la bande à 1378-1060 cm-1 correspond à la vibration d’étirement asymétrique de Si-O-Si et la bande à 470-450 cm-1 est associée à la vibration de flexion de la liaison Si-O-Si.
