Prayers from the Heart is a prayer book with a collection of 77 prayers on various topics separated by 4 parts: Qualities to Embrace, Relationships, Challenges to Overcome and Practices. This prayer book started as a meditation video produced by the author, Loretta Fralin-Rapp, where she reads her intimate prayers on subjects that have impacted her life and journey with God, using her nature photography as a backdrop, along with relaxing music. The 4 meditation videos are available for free on YouTube. Loretta decided to make a corresponding prayer book so that listeners could follow along and also interact with the book by providing space to write their own prayers and even any responses received by God.
