Autor zwrócił uwagę na strategię polityki kulturalnej dwóch starych państw członkowskich UE i odniósł się do zasady pomocniczości w podejmowaniu decyzji. Przedstawiając rozwiązania na poziomie krajowych wykazów i ochrony dóbr kultury w ustawodawstwie krajowym Chorwacji. Wychodząc od faktu, że ochrona nielegalnego wywozu dóbr kultury, które są uważane za część skarbu narodowego, moim zdaniem niniejsze opracowanie może służyć jako przewodnik, ponieważ zawiera przydatne informacje na temat polityki UE w zakresie realizacji ochrony dziedzictwa kulturowego.
