Niniejsza praca na temat prawa pracy, która ma charakter bardziej edukacyjny, jest przeznaczona dla naszych uczniów i studentów technicznych szkoleń zawodowych i edukacji, a także ich trenerów, nauczycieli i wszystkich innych zainteresowanych z różnych powodów. W dużej mierze oparliśmy się na kodeksie pracy Czadu ogłoszonym 11 grudnia 1996 r., ogólnych układach zbiorowych i innych tekstach związanych z obowiązującym prawem pracy. Prawo pracy, specjalne prawo przeznaczone dla prywatnego sektora zatrudnienia, ma na celu pogodzenie często sprzecznych interesów pracodawców i pracowników. Ważne jest, aby zasady tego prawa były dobrze poznane i zrozumiane przez naszych uczniów, którzy aspirują do rynku pracy w dłuższej perspektywie, z jednej strony, oraz pracodawców, którzy często podlegają naruszeniom tych zasad, z drugiej strony, w celu stworzenia pogodnego i spokojnego klimatu społecznego w świecie pracy. Mamy nadzieję, że przy tej okazji wniesiemy skromny wkład w popularyzację zasad prawnych tego przekrojowego prawa socjalnego zarówno dla społeczności akademickiej, jak i prywatnego sektora zatrudnienia. 'Świat nie jest już do odkrycia, jest już zamieszkany'.
