W krajach dotkniętych wojną ludzie są świadomi swojego wroga, dlatego są w stanie z nim walczyć lub przed nim uciekać, ale ludzie w krajach o wysokim wskaźniku analfabetyzmu nie są w stanie rozpoznać wrogów. Ponieważ ludzie nie są w stanie zdać sobie sprawy, kto ich atakuje i terroryzuje, takie kraje mogą być bardziej niebezpieczne niż kraje dotknięte wojną. Świat cierpi z powodu nieprzyjemnych okoliczności tylko z powodu analfabetyzmu. Tylko edukacja może odegrać kluczową rolę w rozwoju i wzroście narodu. Jeśli nie podejmie się poważnych kroków w celu poprawy systemu edukacji w danym kraju, z pewnością cały naród i przyszłe pokolenia tego kraju będą musiały zmierzyć się z terroryzmem.
