Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, das Ausmaß des wahrgenommenen Stresses bei Frauen mit ungewollter Schwangerschaft und Frauen mit gewünschter Schwangerschaft zu messen und zu vergleichen sowie die unterschiedlichen Auswirkungen einer ungewollten (GND) versus einer gewünschten (GD) Schwangerschaft auf die Art der affektiven Beziehungen zwischen Mutter und Kind im Allgemeinen und auf den Grad und die Art der Bindung zwischen Mutter und Kind im Besonderen zu analysieren. Mithilfe von zwei Skalen (SSP14 und ERAEN) und Interviews wurde eine Vergleichsstudie mit 20 GD-Trägerinnen und 20 GND-Trägerinnen) durchgeführt, die in Kabare und Bukavu wohnten.
