La intención que nos convoca a editar este libro está relacionada con reunir relatos múltiples de colegas que han tenido interés en dar forma a sus prácticas desde las ideas narrativas. En la mayor parte del territorio latinoamericano, las ideas narrativas han sido de muy difícil acceso, ya sea porque no hay publicaciones disponibles, o porque éstas resultan muy caras; también porque la narrativa es una práctica que nace en el mundo angloparlante, y ni siquiera ahí es completamente parte de la cultura dominante de la terapia.Intentamos con este libro, con esta reunión de relatos latinoamericanos de terapia narrativa, abrir un espacio que nos permita a todas las personas que estemos interesadas en estas prácticas, seguir desarrollando formas locales de trabajo. Estamos conscientes de que este libro sólo representa una proporción de todo esto, sabemos y honramos a todas y todos los colegas que trabajan desde éticas y políticas armónicas con la narrativa y esperamos continuar las conversaciones con todas ellas.
