Potrójnie ujemny rak piersi reprezentuje szczególną grupę raków piersi zdefiniowanych immunohistochemicznie przez brak ekspresji receptora hormonalnego i brak nadekspresji receptora HER2. Ta grupa nowotworów, które mają najgorsze rokowanie, nie korzysta obecnie z żadnego leczenia celowanego, a jedyną zatwierdzoną terapią systemową jest chemioterapia. Jest to retrospektywne badanie z ostatnich sześciu lat przeprowadzone w Etablissement Hôspitalier Universitaire d’Oran '1er Novembre 1954' (EHUO) w latach 2017-2022, obejmujące 59 młodych pacjentek z inwazyjnym potrójnie ujemnym rakiem piersi.Pod względem anatomopatologii naciekający rak przewodowy jest najbardziej dominującym typem, stanowiącym 86,4% przypadków, z większością guzów T2 o wielkości 66,1%.Pomimo postępów w leczeniu i pojawienia się terapii celowanych, rak piersi pozostaje główną przyczyną zgonów kobiet. Obecne klasyfikacje kliniczne i histologiczne nie pozwalają nam w pełni ustalić parametrów prognostycznych i predykcyjnych odpowiedzi na leczenie.
