Celem niniejszego opracowania jest identyfikacja i analiza trajektorii politycznej, wystąpień i działań radnych płci żeńskiej kadencji 2013/2016 w gminie Guaíra w stanie Parana. Podstawą bibliograficzną tego badania są Céli Regina Jardim Pinto, Clara Maria Araújo i Luís Felipe Miguel, współcześni badacze tematu, którzy posłużyli za podstawę tej pracy. Badanie podzielone jest na cztery części, z których pierwsza to dyskusja na temat kobiet w polityce pomiędzy opisanymi powyżej autorami, druga część to szybkie historyczne podejście do kobiet w radzie miasta Guaíra, następnie prezentacja i analiza wystąpień radnych kobiet na mównicy i ich działań jako radnych, a na koniec analiza wystąpień radnych kobiet na temat przeprowadzonego z nimi wywiadu, obserwując potwierdzenia i sprzeczności z wcześniej zebranym materiałem. Analiza zebranych danych pokazuje znaczące różnice między tymi kobietami, począwszy od informacji osobistych, a skończywszy na zbudowanej przez nie trajektorii politycznej i sposobie działania.
