Los debates de la alimentación en Colombia estudia la construcción de políticas sobre la producción y el abastecimiento de alimentos, más allá de las aproximaciones tradicionales sobre el problema de la tierra. A propósito del paro nacional agrario del 2013 y 2014, Felipe Roa-Clavijo, reconocido experto en las áreas de alimentación, agricultura y desarrollo, analiza las negociaciones entre los movimientos agrarios y el Gobierno nacional, que se extendieron hasta el 2018 y cuyos impactos trascienden hasta hoy. En este proceso revela nuevos debates que han sido protagónicos en la construcción de paz y el desarrollo en Colombia.En su análisis, Roa-Clavijo cruza las fronteras nacionales al señalar la importancia de repensar los sistemas agroalimentarios a escala global y cómo las dinámicas internacionales —como la pandemia por covid-19 o la invasión de Rusia a Ucrania— impactan la agricultura y la alimentación.
