This is an assortment of creative works, including poems and prose. Roy has always had a passion for language. His fascination in the English language stems from the way words may be used differently depending on the situation. He was a bit of a loner at times, but writing down his feelings and ideas with a pen brought him comfort. This is a little sampling of his accumulated life’s journey slices. He hopes that by sharing these slices, people will start talking, which will foster understanding and an appreciation of other people’s perspectives.
