My name is Donnie Jackson, writer of Poetic Love Letters &More. I was born in Jamaica to Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Jackson.I’m the third of seven children, five sisters and one brother. Imigrated to New Jersey, in the United States, in July 1974 whereI still live with my wife and family. I started writing song lyrics inthe early eighties, and I also wrote a couple of poems; 'Life' and'It’s Not Funny'. But it wasn’t until around 2006 when I startedwriting more and more poems on a regular basis. I enjoy writingthese poems. I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoywriting them.  Poetic Love letters & More is a collection of poems that are likelyto touch you in some way. They are based on life’s situations.They are taken from talking with friends, most of whom I metonline. The poems display a lot of emotions which takes you fromhappy to sad, and all points between. They touches on issuessuch as gay marriages, teenage age pregnancy, love, heartache,heart break and more.
