Some people have a mid life crisis, buy a car, have an affair, there’s a list of to dos at 40. I took a break from a break neck lifestyle, moved home to where I grew up, found my roots, and wrote three books of poetry. There was also a lot of school, work, and therapy. I found my way back from a very dark place. Along the way, I documented the Journey and this is what I got. I hope you learn from it, I hope it helps. I love you all. Dr. Charles Cooper III
