This book is a re-creation of a notebook I made for my son, Lewis Kraiem. The notebook consists of drawings on post-its and the poems those drawings inspired. The Volume 1 post-its  were created during the pandemic lockdown of 2020. We were confined to our apartment in the center of Madrid. It was mostly great, but sometimes the days were long. I had gotten into the habit of doodling on post-its while watching MasterClasses. The drawings were made while watching lectures by Joyce Carol Oats, Penn and Teller, Billy Collins, Chris Hadfield and Neil deGrasse Tyson. I tried to make the three-inch-by-three-inch drawings connect to one another in order to make one big drawing.
