Aharon Fito Lamm, nació en Santiago de Chile el 9.7.1942 y falleció en Israel el 28.1.2022Desde joven fue activista en Sudamérica en el movimiento sionista juvenil Hanoar Hatzioni. Dirigió a muchos miembros del movimiento. En 1958 fue miembro del comité central de la Federación de estudiantes de Chile (FECH).En 1966 emigró a Israel y se estableció en el kibutz Tel Itzjak. Entre los años 1983 y 1986 fue enviado a San Paulo, Brasil como representante de la Organización Sionista Mundial.Se puede decir que fueron 3 los factores que formaron su personalidad: la familia, el movimiento sionista juvenil del cual fue miembro desde joven, donde recibió los valores de liberalismo y la Guerra de Yom Kipur en 1973. Fito tenía un extenso conocimiento en muchos campos, parte de los cuales los recibió en el liceo en Chile y parte por haber sido autodidacta. Aprendió a tocar la flauta sólo y sabía varios idiomas: castellano, inglés, portugués, italiano, francés y hebreo. Estudió en la universidad en Israel, Historia y Sociología. Antes de llegar a la edad de 30 años escribió poemas, nueve de los cuales se encontraron después que falleció y muestran su personalidad llena de calor y optimismo. Existe en ellos su deseo de tener pareja, calor y amor al lado de la pena y la esperanza. El lector puede identificarse con estos sentimientos. Este libro sale a luz en su recuerdo y cumpliendo con su pedido.
