Unsuspecting residents move in and turn over their life savings for Robert and Judy to manage. But greedy Judy finds underhanded ways for a faster resident turnover. Judy’s tactics are evil to the point of tricking Robert’s mother, Marie, into moving her and her money into Pleasant View. Untimely deaths go undetected until a retired FBI agent searches for her friend, Marie, and finds her heavily sedated and kept at Pleasant View against her will.
