In this Primer, twenty peacemakers from ten countries reveal the foundations of an innovative 'Perpetual Peace Science.' With International Peace Research Association Secretary General Matt Meyer as Senior Editor of the English Edition and Leo Semashko as Senior Editor of the Russian Edition, it was coauthored by Matt Meyer, Leo Semashko, Mairead Corrigan Maguire, Теа Мари Роберт, Rudolf Siebert, Noam Chomsky, Lukas Pawlik, Takis Ioannides, Svetlana Vetrova, Vera Popovich, Ivan Ivanov, Olga Kashina, Andrey Smirnov, Yulia Budnikova, Asha Mukherjee, Ashok Chakravarthy, Noor Larik, Habyarimana Heli, Chaitanya Dave, and Bishnu Pathak. It was created and verified during 20 years in the Gandhian Global Harmony Association volunteer peacemaking academy based primarily in Russia with contributions by more than 700 coauthors from more than 50 countries, including five Nobel laureates and the President of India, Abdul Kalam. This science of holistic, spheral thinking reveals the objective laws, structures and constants of the internal harmony of the Earth’s three natural spheres - physical, organic, and social - o¬n the basis of their common, planetary law of 'Equal Necessity and Sufficient Spheres.' The book is intended for all who love and want peace according to the golden rule of religions, who have been fighting for it throughout their lives and histories. Above all, it is intended for young people, schoolchildren and students, for AI specialists, humanitarian scientists, and politicians. This English edition hopes to build unity across differences and distances, ideologies and languages, to create a world of peace based on perpetual peace science.

But Steffens' dogged quest for truth and justice set...
