L’objectif de cette étude est de décrire les possibilités de création et de test de prototypes d’informatique sereine afin de faciliter l’accès à des informations géolocalisées à l’aide de repères visuels. Le lieu choisi pour cette étude est la station de transport rapide intégré (IRT) de la gare routière Civic Centre (CCBS), au Cap, en Afrique du Sud. La recherche se concentrera plus particulièrement sur les horaires et les heures d’arrivée des bus IRT, qui ont été identifiés comme les informations les plus importantes. Un système d’affichage ambiant (ADS) sera introduit comme solution possible pour enrichir les informations spécifiques à un lieu à la station de bus IRT. L’évaluation des utilisateurs sera présentée sous la forme de quasi-expériences in situ.
