A prison transport bus accident sets dangerous convicts free to wreak havoc throughout the Mississippi Delta, among them, a pair of Las Piratas cartel members.  FBI Agent Alex Penance takes the lead in wrangling the murderers, rapists and human traffickers back into custody. Having had enough of the people he loves suffering at the hands of the cartel, Penance decides to go directly after Carlos Madeira, the cartel’s brutal leader, to put an end to the Las Piratas’ reign of terror once and for all.
